Do I need previous track experience? +
No. An instructor rides with you on the first lap, which is mandatory. The safety briefing prepares you for everything. The Nordschleife is open to anyone with a valid driving license.
Do I need a credit card as a guarantee for the rental? +
No credit card guarantee or cash deposit is required. The extended insurance included in the package covers you in case of an accident up to a set amount depending on the car you choose. The car handover process with Ringfreaks is simple and frictionless.
Do I need a special driving license? +
We recommend travelling with an international driving permit, but you can check with us about your specific case to confirm whether your current license is valid.
Can I do more laps? +
Absolutely! While the package includes 3 laps, you can do more at an additional cost starting from 150 euros, depending on the car you choose.
Can two people share a car rental? +
For logistical and timing reasons, each participant has their own car and their own session. We believe this is the best way to enjoy the experience without rushing. If you have a particular situation, get in touch and we'll work it out.
What exactly does the group promotion include? +
The promotion applies to groups of 4 people booking together. The 10% discount applies per person and is only valid when all 4 bookings are confirmed and the deposit is paid at the same time. The package and included services are exactly the same — it's an exclusive group booking benefit.
Our group is more than 4 people — is there a package for us? +
Yes! The more, the better. Tell us how many you are and we'll put together a custom package for your entire group.
Can I go alone without knowing anyone? +
Yes! The group is small and the format makes it easy to connect. Everything else about the experience is exactly the same.
It's my first time on track, which car do you recommend? +
While you can enjoy any car without pushing to the limit, we always recommend the Base tier. It allows you to experience the circuit at a comfortable pace, feel improvements lap by lap, and really get the most out of the car.
What happens if I have an accident on track? +
The extended track insurance reduces costs for car damage in case of an accident. However, it does not cover track repair costs or administrative fees that the circuit may charge. There is always an inherent risk, but incidents are rare.
What if the track closes that day? +
Partial closures due to incidents are common at the Nordschleife, but they are resolved quickly without taking significant time away from your session. In case of a total closure, it's an external factor beyond our control, but we will do everything possible to find the best solution for the group.
Can I arrange my own flight? +
Yes. The package starts from Frankfurt. If you prefer to book your own flight, no problem — we coordinate airport logistics regardless.
